tough call

problems with this

a) it becomes personal and personalities could clash even if the talent is there

b) MONEY MONEY MONEY...and management controls it

c) it gives the impression that the coaching staff cant evaluate talent

I can't blame him. He is the guy throwing the passes and knows better than anyone who is going to be the best target.

Here we go. Cutler will be the next Jeff George. That is if he doesn't party himself into a coma. BOL to Bears fans.

Right...so why does he have to mouth off in public about it.

Urlacher is right about this guy.

Amen, guy just needs to shut the fvck up and let the coaches coach. He is being paid to be a QB, not a player/coach. Or maybe the lineman should be allowed to give their input on who they would prefer to block for, or the running back should be able to select the line that they run behind, or the wideouts should be allowed to choose the QB. I miss Kyle Orton already, the Jeff George comparison was spot on.

He better hurry up...the Pack is building a young, deep, talented machine up north.

If the defense clicks this year...look out.

Have fun with him Bears fans. LOL Orton may not be great, but he understands the concept of "team".

Cutler, a guy BTW who has never won a playoff game, oh wait, has never BEEN in a playoff game, keeps running his mouth like he's earned the right. Terrible attitude.

Black and Blue all over:
Blame game?

- Kevin Seifert

quote:
From the outside, it appeared Cutler had haphazardly thrown the ball up for grabs. But in his postgame comments, Cutler began evaluating Hester's strengths and weaknesses in a way that prompted the assembled media to believe he was blaming Hester for the interception. Here's the full quote:

"Devin is more of a go-get it guy, he is not really a back-shoulder or jump-up-and-get-it [guy]. You learn from it. We made some mistakes. It's the first preseason game. Luckily enough, we have some time to correct them and keep going."

Oh yea he loves blaming everyone but himself...the excuses he makes after this shit game were hilarious. He cites that Forte and Olsen didnt play, then says he's not worried because they are running vanilla schemes and that it doesnt count...the guy is pretty hilarious

Yeah that quote is a joke.. I dont care who is playing or what schemes they are running you dont make that throw in the NFL.. that play was absurd when I saw him throw it I knew that it was going to be picked off before it was even in the air I dont care if you are Devin Hester or Jerry Rice that was terrible
