It's a tough case. I think it was an accident, but it was also criminally reckless. He should do some time, but not a lot. Seems like a case that should be plead out. I'd say 3 months in jail and 1000 hours comm service on gun safety. GUNS ARE DANGEROUS!

The man shot the driver and then instructed everybody that was in his house to tell the police that he had nothing to do with it.He was also very drunk when he shot the driver .This man should do at least ten to fifteen years.
