Everyone that has life in prison should be tortured by the victim's family and let them determine the method of execution. It is a win-win. Save billions of dollars and the family get's a great last memory. They could bury him alive, stone him, impale him, starve him, start cutting off limbs slowly, just so much possibility.

Crazy that some of these fucks will commit crazy crimes and then wine about cruel and unusual punishment when they get an IV in the arm.
