Normally I like to have this stuff up earlier in the week but I'm absolutely swamped with articles for the start of the NFL season. I'll do as much as possible in the next 3 hours and then I have to get back at the grind.

Record: 16-9 (64%)
2-Unit Plays: 1-0 (100%)
Units: +7.1 ($710 for every $100 wagered)

Unders: 7-2 (78%) +5.8
Overs: 1-0 (100%) +1
Favorites: 3-4 (43%) -1.3
Dogs: 5-3 (63%) +1.6

My predicted lines:
Georgia Tech -3, O/U 37
Toledo -3, O/U 51
Iowa -4, O/U 44

Bets and why:

Toledo Rockets +4 -110

Colorado could not run at all in their first game and I'm not sure they can successfully take advantage of Toledo's crappy defense. The Rockets looked great on offense in their game against Purdue and Colorado has a bad defensive line that will likely be without their best player. This one should be close. I like the points with the home team.

Do you see this line going up or down by gametime?

I see it going up .5 at most. Then back down from that number fairly quickly. Sharps know the public will push up Colorado. It's smart to wait for the +4.5 but I don't think it moves all the way to 6. Eventually we'll see a move back from the +4.5 I believe. I think it closes at what it's at. I'd wait for the +4.5 if I had the time this week.

Then again, I'm not always right with line movements. Just an educated guess. I'm generally on the sharp side of the line movement and the fact that there hasn't been one yet on this game makes me think people with money are waiting for the public to steam it more.

My predicted lines:
Pittsburgh -11, O/U 45
Army Pk, O/U 43
Wisconsin -8, O/U 48
Penn State -27, O/U 41

Bets and why:

Penn State/Syracuse Under 52.5 -110

Thought about doubling up on this one but it's always possible Penn State goes for 45+ and ruins it. Syracuse has no offense and won't move the ball on a Penn State defense at home. They'll be lucky to get 10. Penn State has a nice enough quarterback but their offensive line is having issues gelling in the early going and Syracuse did okay on D against a fairly strong Minnesota offense. This one should go under with the Cuse maybe getting shut out.

My predicted lines:
Wake Forest -3, O/U 43
Michigan State -14, O/U 46
Indiana -8, O/U 54

Bets and why:

Michigan State/Central Michigan Under 53.5 -110

This one barely makes the cut but I like it enough to include it. Central Michigan is working in some new lineman and looked horrible on offense against Arizona and this is a good Michigan State D. Michigan State still can put up good numbers on offense but they are trading snaps between two inexperienced quarterbacks and Central Michigan has 10 guys back on D which should slow them down.

Indiana Hoosiers -1 -110

Both Indiana and Western Michigan played like crap in their opening games but I think Indiana has the higher upside. Their offensive line should overpower a very below average Western Michigan offensive line. The Broncos only have 3 guys back on defense and Eastern Kentucky has a very nice defense even if no one knows who they are. Western Michigan got dominated on offense in their opener and Indiana has 9 defensive starters back and should improve quite a bit. This one should be fun to watch but I think the home team with more returning starters gets the job done.

Thank you for last week's 2u play and both plays in the N. Texas game. This week I'm looking at play N. Texas again and Army. Do you have any thoughts on those games? If not now maybe later this week

My lines were right on in the Army game and I laid off. I really want to see their new triple option offense again before I decide where they stand with me. If the offense works well it will lead to lower scores and cover up defensive inefficiencies so it's very important to me at this point.

I'll do the North Texas game tonight when I'm done writing. 4 more articles left.

Cool Thank you, who do you write articles for? If you don't mind me asking

I can't share the info. Sorry man. Many of the places I write for have gambling ads and it's against this website's rules.

whats your top fantasy team lookin' like this year jake?

I'm thinking about just getting out of the 5 I do yearly and hopping in one big one.

Heard one on the radio today entry is $750 with a chance to win 40k.

Not sure how that's possible but I'm interested.

Gl with your plays this week.

I have two money leagues not including the BetJam one we have here. Honestly I like my teams way more then any others in the leagues. I feel great.

If you have any fantasy questions just ask and I can do my best to answer. Good luck if you do the big money league.

My predicted lines:
North Texas Pk, O/U 54

Bets and why:

North Texas Mean Green +3 -110

I love this team way more in week one but there is still some value on them in their second game. Ohio should be able to get the ground game going but North Texas was extremely impressive in their first game and tend to score points when the running game is going. Ohio doesn't have great run defense and are down a key defensive lineman and this one is a tossup where we are getting 3 on the home team.

My predicted lines:
Northwestern -20, O/U 46*
North Carolina -11, O/U 37
Florida -45, O/U 65**

*This is why you don't wait until Wednesday to handicap kiddos. Could have gotten Under 56 if I was ready earlier but now the line is 52 and not bettable for me.

**Florida -36 could be one of my bets but the fact it opened as bettable for me and moved the other way despite like 80% of the public on the Gators has me concerned. Gonna lay off.

Bets and why:

North Carolina Tar Heels -4 -110
North Carolina/UCONN Under 45.5 -110

North Carolina just matches up perfectly against the Huskies. UCONN can't move the ball without the running game and North Carolina has a great defensive line that will shut them down. UCONN always has a strong defense and North Carolina is not a high-scoring offense but they should be able to win 24-10 or 27-13 type game.

Seems like we are in the minority on that game so best of luck to us. :103631605

For the love of god, don't.
