2 Unit Plays: 3-2
Boston Red Sox -104
Pitchers: Halladay/Lester
Halladay isn't throwing horrible ball right now but he's giving up 3-4 runs every time out. He's struggled with the Red Sox the last few years and hasn't really pitched that well at Fenway. Lester isn't doing great but he's a solid lefty and Toronto is absolutely struggling to hit lefties this year. Gotta back the home team.
Baltimore Orioles -105
Pitchers: Olson/Hammell
I know Olson stunk up the joint last season but he just wasn't as ready as he is know. He has a .90 ERA in the minors and a similarly low ERA in spring ball at the major league level. The kid has a ton of talent and Tampa isn't hitting. Hammell is impressing too but he's still only an average pitcher. I think Olson's second major league stint will be much better than his first.
Texas Rangers -1.5 +155
Pitchers: Tomko/Jennings
This is a bet based on a few things. Number one, Jennings is too good of a pitcher for his stats not to start to improve. The Royals don't hit well so today looks like the day. Tomko is a good bet to keep being average at best and the Rangers are finally hitting. At home, I think they'll get some runs and Jennings throws a good one.
White Sox/Twins Under 8.5 +100
Pitchers: Floyd/Boof
LA Dodgers -135
Pitchers: Lowe/Miller
