Record: 80-93
Profit: -13.04
Made back 7 of the 20 so far. Still continuing on with the crusade.
Predicted Lines:
Philly -115, 8.5 Pk
Yankees -200, U10 -112
Baltimore -140, U9 -115
LAD Pk, 9 Pk
Detroit -280, O10.5 -115
Bets:
Texas Rangers +190
Pitchers: Moose/Tejada
Few reasons I like this one. #1, Giambi is out. #2, Mussina has had just one good start this year and Texas should be a better test for him. #3, Tejada has gone up against some of the best slugging teams in the majors and held his own. At +190, ya gotta take a shot until Moose proves he's back to form.
LA Dodgers +121
Pitchers: Tomko/DTrain
Dontrelle hasn't thrown well his last four outings and the Dodgers are heating up against lefties. Tomko has had many good starts this year and Florida's bats seem to be cooling off. Dodgers are the better team with the consistent (lately) pitcher on the mound and I'll take em.
Detroit Tigers -1.5 +105
Tigers/Seattle Over 9.5 -110
Pitchers: Baek/Robertson
Seattle is hitting lefties very well and should put up a few on Robertson to help out over, but does anyone really think Baek is gonna do well? He's been killed in his two road starts and Detroit's bats are getting freakin hot. They should cover this total by themselves. As much as I hate playing -1.5 on the home team, I honestly think they'll cover it.
