I think the Padres just put together the worst 3 innings of situational base-hitting in MLB history. The Indians were even trying to help them, they hit TWO Padres with a pitch!

If I didn't also have the Twins, I think I'd punch myself in the balls right now.

Padres clubhouse has had a flu bug going around for almost a week now, it is why Giles and Klesko missed games over the weekend, it is why Peavy skipped a Sunday start recently(and why he was queer tonight), and part of the reason why the Pads have cooled lately.

On another note, does anyone think that Cleveland's recent climb can be attributed to their heated rivalry with Minnesota?..It seems that until their recent weeks home and home with the Twins, they were in a season long funk, yet the focus and intensity of those series have really seemed to awaken their senses..plus Coco Crisp's return has helped.

P.S. The Phils are still hot!

6-1 FINAL..........he went UNDER 7.5............winner, winner, chicken dinner!

This friend of mine is on absolute FIRE!!

After sucessfully nailing the Preakness, I would venture to say he has nailed 11 of his last 12 wagers!
