In England: "jag-you-ahr." In the States "jag-wire." In a little Texas town near where I worked for my first job out of college: "jagger." That pronunciation mystified me so much that I did some digging on why the say it that way. Turns out "jagger" rhymed in the school song while other pronunciations didn't.
