Drugs are the OIJ problem. Jaco is corrupt cops that take a cut from dumb tourists that pay up front for drugs. That is the night job. Day job will be to tag the drinkers. Sad, but true.

Illegal to drink on the beach now?? What the hell...

It may be the law but I was in jaco last week and people were drinking all over the beach and the cops just walked right by.

That is just what I thought it would be. They don't have the resources or the capability to stop drinking on the beach. They would probably get mobbed if they pushed it too hard.
