as for the kids. I do feel bad for them but they shouldn't get 100% free pass. I played every level of baseball growing up and at 12-13yr old I knew exactly who my teammates were and what district/town they lived in. These kids grew up competing against each other and all the time they spent together playing you don't think this was discussed? Feel bad for the kid from the Real district that was left off. Feel bad for the kids who were beat by an illegally formed team. Who knows the outcome of games with legally formed teams and maybe JRW would have still won, but it's still and IF.
The same is for these parents/coaches who pushed their own agenda for fame and limelight instead of doing the right thing. The race baiters are out in full force fueling their need for air time and money. Black reporters/columnists are all using the race card in their columns and getting killed for it on twitter, facebook, and comments section online.

That number has been stated on ESPN. In the millions..... paid to Little League for televising the LLWS in Williamsport, PA.
All kinds of shit gets pulled year after year. Oden's school was not a private religious school….. they were just crooked.
But………
Now…. not to cause race riots...... but a little different story.
The original "cheat to win" people are the private (religious....mostly Catholic) high schools. For many, many years these schools have been making up all sorts of crap to get who they want on the roster. I think in most states you are supposed to be limited to people within your own archdiocese to go to the school and therefore compete in sports. Catholic schools have been bringing in talented kids for many years with all sorts of false claims to justify it. Big catholic schools will even steal players from smaller (less powerful) catholic schools by taking kids outside the legal boundaries. Some of these kids have NEVER even seen the inside of a Catholic church.
I went to a private/ Catholic high school. Now at the time, I can say every kid went to one of the 8 feeder schools we had. Literally every kid.
But then you have another high school in my state that gets their kids from everywhere named Cathedral. I am not in the mood to type a ton but I personally know of people who switched specifically for sports. On top of that it is generally a good school but they play the hardest schedule in the state. Usually end up around .500 playing out of state powers, but then once the Indiana playoffs roll around, they roll through everyone until next year because of the bump system, they will be playing in the largest class but they will still compete. But they would just roll people in their own class.

I am so sick and tired of hearing about this already. The players the organizers of JRW the parents and the coaches all knew what was happening. You brought disgrace to Little League and to the city of Chicago. You should all be ashamed. You took the purest form of baseball and ruined it.

Sounds like Vlad is speaking of Cathedral High School in Indianapolis.
They are well known as being crooked as hell. The fact that they play the "special" schedule..... that is just more advantage from doing something most schools are not allowed to do. Illegal recruiting and advantagious schedule making is quite an advantage.
