Why yes it is Ivan. But remember, that EVERY successful poker player lost at the beginning of their career. It helps them learn how to play and how to read other players

i prefer land base poker better - i do much better (obviously better now after reading so many books on psychology of the game and tell signs and how to play)

I've lost alot in the poker online..

But recently (this yr I've been to the poker/casino once or twice a week with a few buddies and have been praciticing after reading many, many books on hold'em).

Previously to this yr, I attended only 2 or so times in Poker Casino ($6/$12)

I want to know if ppl could make some 'good income' playing the game?

As for poker , all you need is to win 1 or 2 big blinds per hour (easier said then done) but I've been practicing at Mid-Limit Tables ($10/$20) as opposed to the Lower Limits of $6/$12, and I tend to do a bit better. Especially after reading Sklansky and Warren's Hold'em Info Books.
