Why wouldn't you buy one already assembled ? I tried to tackle one from scratch a few years ago... never never again

I once applied at this place that payed you to assemble BBQs at places like Home Depot. I remember lasting 1 day in training. The guy was pretty quick as he already had most of them memorized and it was second nature to him.
