and have only lost 2 lbs. Im 5'10 and weigh 199 lbs. I have not been very active in the last 3 years and have gone from 170lbs to 201. Im in my early 30's. When I was in my 20's if I needed to lose 10 lbs I could run around the block every day for a week and I was set. I eat the same shit almost daily- chicken cooked in orange juice, brown rice, peas (no salt added). I pour 75% of my glass with water and top it off with some juice. I eat tons of fruit. When I first started running last month I could only last a little over a mile but i have built that up to 3 miles a day. I want to lose 20lbs by september but at this pace (2 lbs a month) it will never hapen. WTF?
