Depending on where you live...If you're near Heredia Centro, You can check out the flower store that just opened up near FRESAS...From there its about a block going up...Its kinda new so Im sure they're gonna give good deals.

For something close, the florist off the parking garage of Plaza Mayor - under AutoMercado -- has quite nice arrangements.
