I would guess you had a reason for using abc, big bonus, reduced juice, whatever it was. with risk comes reward. I suggest playing somewhere else if you are risking amounts that big. their payout limits are typical, unfortunately.

For The Record

Seymour emailed me on my day off which delayed me getting back to him by several hours. I responded after 1AM San Jose Time Thursday morning and asked for some further information, I also emailed him 3 more times since then and have sent a long email to Upper management at Jazz this morning.

Seymour is aware I wasn't able to work on the matter until this morning due to the timing of our email exchanges. I will give the email a few hours to see if I get a response and if not will make a phone call to them.

This is the first real dispute of any consequence involving Jazz/ABC Islands I have had in the over 5 years as head mod here. The one incident that did come up in 2008 was about a $60 bonus that resolved in a day.

I will contact Seymour immediately when I have some information regarding his withdrawal. I will also remain involved in the matter until all the facts are available and hopefully all funds owed will be paid.

As far as getting a book to book transfer goes, that is up to Jazz withdrawal policies. I cannot dictate how they operate in any area.

I will be very surprised if this matter is not resolved soon however. Please keep in mind today is Friday which could delay any non book to book payments until Monday.

I posted this many times - I cannot work my schedule seven days a week so I take Wednesday and Thursday off but still keep me email caught up by checking it every 4 hours when I am off.

I hope the person I dealt with in 2008 is still at Jazz, I have no way of knowing this right now because there has been no need to contact this person since then.

Seymour, try to be a little patience and give me a chance to work this our fairly and promptly..

Yes I spoke to someone at ABC last friday, they said they CANNOT pay 5k at once right now, so I was furious. They said "when football starts." They offered Wu/Mg but said they can only do 500/day, with different names, etc. so I did get 4 payments of 500 each, for a total of 2000 out. It costs me like $69 for each 500, but I dont care, I am looking at big picture. I will call them next week and do the same, just trying to pull out as much as I can as I am done with this book.

I actually think OMT is a good guy but what he tried to say was wrong enough said. You work at a car dealership and a guy walks in and says "hey, the motor in the Ford you just sold me blew up." You surely wouldn't say "well, buyer beware...too bad for you."

The amount is irrelevant.

If you are not trying to compare a C rated sportsbook with a C rated gym
{or electric company or restaurant...your examples}, then what is your point?

BTW, none of those things are a sportsbook.

So, again, i ask,

Of course you are right but a mod should not put the responsibility of a slow pay on the player (if that's the case).

If a book was known to have a history of slow paying, and this info was easily available
to anyone doing their homework, then i'd think the investor bares at least some of the
responsibility when he is paid slowly.

With the history of advertising books that have slow paid or just outright stolen
player's money, a gambler should always understand that this can happen again at
any time, anywhere.
