Slim recently wrote a thread about how difficult it is to be in the business now without personally being in a shop on a day to day basis. I have been in this business for more years then I care to remember and this a perfect example of the problems you encounter on a daily basis. Ming's irresponsibility in making the above statements undermines an honest shop's efforts to build their business and develop a fair reputation. It stands to reason that a responsible customer would explore all avenues before denigrating a book in
a forum such as this one. There has been nothing but favorable feedback with respect to GA and it is not fair to them to have to defend themselves against unfounded attacks by such a mindless and insensitive individual.

Ming, with all due respect, get your head out of your ass and, the next time, think twice before you slander another book needlessly.
