Are you serious? I guess it depends on your defintion of "significant down time". Last season Sundays were an adventure with slow to no response from the servers on many sundays. Now the first weekend of the season it crashes and it is a suprise?:think2: No problems in the last 18 months?

Unfortunately the crash came out of the blue without prior warning and took everyone by surprise.
Most disasters do come out of the blue without warning, but that is where management and planning have a recovery plan ready. Who is asleep at the wheel on this one?
At a minimum, a simple redirect to the RX Home page which was still up with an explanation of the problem would have been nice. Having to go across the street to find out about the problem is just plain crazy
