3. fund a couple of books, Olympic, Cris or Grande, with bank wire transfers then fund other books with b2b transfers. If the books above wont do b2b transfer to a certain book then you shouldnt either.

pinnacle has done 6 figure transfers to a different a/c name at Olympic for me in the past but would not do a bigger transfer to a different name to an Asian bank.
