Well if Italy wins this, than there is no real Cinderella story for the semifinals like there has been the last 3 World Cups (Bulgaria in 94, Croatia in 98, Turkey and South Korea in 02). Hopefully Shevchenko can lead them back.

They have a good psychological advantage in that they beat Germany 4-1 in a rout just before the World Cup but I personally think the fact that the match will be played in Dortmund (Germany is unbeaten there) will be the deciding factor.

Well, after an exciting first quarter final game, we move to what I feel will be a one sided affair. Ukraine is not experienced at this level nor do they have the type of style of play or players to maintain possession. Fully expect Italy's stingy defense to throw a shutout while their offense keeps possession and remains far more on attack. Hence,
