If you want the BEST lobster you need to go to Maine or Nova Scotia. The further north you go (the colder the water) the sweeter the lobster.
And they try to cute lobster up in zillions of ways but the best way to eat lobster is boiled (or steamed) in the rough, dipped in drawn, salted butter.
Add steamers (also dipped in the drawn butter), a cold beer, a hot day, and you've stepped into heaven.
