The "reason" for war is to create lasting peace in the Middle East. You will hear Netanyahu and people like that say shit "if we do this, there will be peace forever in the Middle East."
The problem is history shows us that this is not the case. Common sense and history tell us that there will always be a radical, terrorist threat. You "end" Iran, another threat will just pop up
