Just brazen thievery. Reminds me of late 90's when Yankees were crushing -- I would see some split runlines by BM's like NYY -2/+1.5 - but nothing as egregious as this

Being a long time horseplayer I'm a little jaded.

Never underestimate the ability of politicians to muck up any gambling endeavors. They see that big pot of gold and it kinda messes up their thinking process.

The bettors interests will be an afterthought at best.

Speaking of unfortunate name changes, Verizon Wireless has an app (they force on your phone) called Softcard. Its a payment method app. ANYWAY, when it was first released it was called ISIS and on every VZW phone and tablet. Months after the name ISIS hit the news, they were forced to send a forced app update out that changed the name.
