All of this is very very true, but lets give Utah some credit. Alex Smith went 21 of 29 for 359 yrd and 3 TDs. Not to mention 13 rushes for 76 yrds and 2 TDs.
Thats a total of 435 yrds and 5 TDs. A team with a dual threat QB is always gonna be dangerous, and I believe that is exactly what Utah is DANGEROUS. I know there isn't a team in D1 that wants to see them on their schedule. I can't say I was too impressed with the defense, but with an explosive offense like Utah has all you need is a defense that's average. Yes Texas A&m isn't a marquee program right now, but they are in one of the best conferences and in a state that is a big time hot spot for recruits. I have gained respect for Utah and would like to believe this win is credited to their talent and not to the lack there of from A&M.
