Seriously, I don't think this will suck ... this is a great matchup.

Offense
--------
Pats and Panthers have VERY good 0-lines.
Both have work horse backs.
Underrated receiving corps.
Two intelligent QB's, although Brady is seemingly a level or two above Delhome.

Defense
-------
Pats have the edge, but the Panthers are a fierce group.

Coaches are both good (ok, Billy is GREAT) but still ... these definately aren't the Cowher 'in fear' coaching types.

I think this will be a classic. I'm not betting this one - defense wins, but they both got great ones.

I am thoroughly confused lander. The points look attractive with a very sound fundamental team in the panthers who have the ingredients to win or stay close and seem to be peeking timely. Fact that it is a neutral site will probably set that pick in stone, but I will wait until next week bc most super bowls are not close and most bettore like panthers.

Dog - We will get a handle on this game next week. Clear the air, and take a good hard look at both teams, and figure out what success they are apt to enjoy against each other.

one thing I've noticed about the superbowl...when it is predicted to be a blowout, it is usually close or the dog wins outright...

When everyone thinks it will be close or "is a good matchup" are usually the most lopsided games...

The Super Bowls that have the two week interims, are almost always (but not always) blow-outs. I think it's cause two weeks of pressure buildup magnify every mistake, penalty and turnover.

In my amateur opinion, go for who you think is gonna win, regardless of the point spread cause this game is gonna be a blow out one way or the other and point spread in two week games is usually inconsequential. i happen to wanna take pats.

Regardless, good luck to all.
