Is this normal?

I took advantage of the Royal play 3 props get one free....

The free one was never posted to my account...

I just called and the CS rep tells me I cannot see it because it was a manual play. I tell her I have called in before ad I can always see it but she tells me I will NOT be able to see this one.

I've never been told that before.

What is my PROOF I made that wager?

Royal did not come on here and advertise a free prop wager in order to screw you out of it....


There software does not allow for Bonus Plays to be entered online, thats why we have to call them in, always have...

Then they have to enter them manually...

Richard has them there, just like mine today from the weekend warrior, they just have too many to get them entered to show right now.....lots of people taking them up on the wager.....But he has them there and is getting them entered as fast as they can....

P.S. they are in the process of upgrading software, and adding poker, and lots of other stuff..

Another reason why i believe they are fine, and not going anywhere...

Sherman, my god, they can show, they have to be entered manually.....

Its a flaw in their software, thats why they are changing....

Normally they would have entered it already, but rumor has it there is a big game being played today, and they probably are a "little" busier than usual...

So he will get them entered when he can...

Why do you think they would come here, and offer the special, then try to rip you off for a 25.00 prop?

This is the second thread you have started over a 25.00 bet....

I'm worried you will pass out once the game actually starts.....

Richard will not screw you over 25.00, i am sure......

If he does, i promise, i will send you the 25.00 myself.....

Its A FREE WAGER.....you didnt even wager any of your money on it, so please dont worry so much.....you will get paid if it hits, you can count on richard........With the number of people that took them up on this promotion, that i heard, its gonna take time to enter all those manually, plus all the other stuff he has to do for these promotions......

It just gets to me sometimes, i work with these guys from Royal on contests and stuff, and they are above and beyond helpful and generous, and i see them take a bashing here all the time, for any "little" problem...

Not talking about no pays, or bogus lines, but any little thing...

If someone calls and gets disconnected accidentally, there is a thread here saying they hung up on purpose,were afraid to book their action, etc...

Even through the trouble times, with previous management, legite players were ALWAYS PAID....and still are, even if they have to wait a day sometime because of some fluke or whatever....but they get raked over the coals repeatedly, and then sherman is so upset over a FREE 25.00 WAGER, that hasnt even played yet.....Just ASSUMING there is gonna be aproblem, on a wager he wouldnt have even gotten if ROYAL hadnt come in here and given it to him...

And i know Sherman, hes a good guy, it just gets aggravating.....
