I also follow the Cardinals, usually watch around 140 games out of the year. I would add to thess12345's post in terms of the starting rotation...to say it won't be consistent is probably somewhat misleading. With a healthy Wainwright, Garcia, Lohse, and Westbrook, you have a solid four pitchers that have a strong health history, save Waino's recent Tommy John obviously. Other than that, you can count on what you're going to get. Losing Dave Duncan will hurt more than Cards fans want to admit, but what you're getting is a rotation that is consistently with the top teams in the NL. 92 wins is pretty accurate though, as I believe Vegas is putting it at 88.5, which is probably more realistic.
In the end, a lot isn't known about the Cards because we don't know anything about how Matheny will manage, especially when the team faces some adversity in a stretch of losses.
Maybe I didn't write what I wanted. I think we can guess what their final stats will be (consistent), but there game to game stats will not be necessarily consistent.
