I'll give you two reasons don't know how they rank buy here you go . S.F. must win cant afford to lose this one and fall way behind in their division. Second, Dennis Ericksons return and revenge to the team that fired him. When the coach is motivated as well as the team oh shit. Bonus, S.F. off and def ranks in the top 10, where is Seattle. Can you say beats me. Aloha

CC good points on both but I would think after Seattle got pasted by Green Bay (Holmgren's old jaunt) the Hawks are too good a football team to lay down at home against the Niners. I'm sure the Hawks remember ole Sharpie. Niners when playing someone other than Detroit or Chicago at home have looked bad (Minnesota, Cleveland) and Garcia has thrown 7 INT's this season vs only 2 for Hasselbeck (and I have NO faith in the Niners secondary to stop anybody).

I think Alexander has a good night tonight and the Hawks do really well at night on ESPN (I remember the Vikings game). We'll see how it goes (and thank you for the Rainbows updates in the college forum).

I should hope so...because im on them +5. At first Seattle looked good in a bounce back situation but they have become a semi public team and have faced nobody important. They beat Orleans and arizona and had no business beating St Louis. Frisco no longer a public team, and has owned seattle the last two times they have played. But all that being said....well see!

If San Fran struggles tonight, I think it's evident that the coaching change has affected them for the worse, and will be a sign for all of us the rest of the year to beware when considering taking 49ers side......

I've noticed that on the Sunday night game (last game of the bookie week), people playing catch up go with the favorite and the over. I'm not saying thats the case with the guys you've seen here but overall its true.

Don't worry guys the Public thing bugs me on this one (don't they all) but I think when people see:

Niners 0-7-1 ATS L8 road

and

Seahawks off double revenge for losing to this team the last couple of years

they go nuts. I just think the Hawks will be jazzed tonight!

Go Hawks!

Tuna's just lucky we're so banged up! Don't worry it'll even out in the end (it better or I'm going to go insane trying to rationalize this season).

It is todays NFL...you get three years and then you have to falter....schedule injuries, free agents.

Seahawks tonight looking like $$$$ gl

Let's hope so...SF's defensive front is tough but I think they'll have problems with this offense.

A QB draw on that 3rd down play might've been nice...Hasselbeck is just mobile enough to make the defense think he could never run but could probably have gotten in there.
