Is there any free, live, horse racing video online?

I know there used to be sites that showed live racing but they all seem to have gone to pay to view. I like to place a few bets a week on the horses and was wondering if anyone knows of any sites that still show the live races for free.

The horseracing section for ESPN.com also offers several free feeds for tracks. You won't be able to get the larger circuits though.
