Thanks for the recommendation dude. I like hitting the museums. History especially. If you ever go to London the Brits have good museums especially the Winston Churchill one, that guy was tough and a brave hero.

It was weird for me in galena .... I still remember the feeling I had on that school trip years ago while walking around galena's HELLUVA HALF MILE I had the feeling that I'd been there before ( I hadn't it was my 1st time ever )but it was a strange feeling kinda like DEJA VU :think2: , I've been back to galena off & on again through the years & I still get that weird feeling when I'm there . I just can't explain it

I've always wanted to check out London .... maybe someday ? , if you find yourself in galena stay here www.jailhillgalena.com/blog/main-street-downtown-galena/

Thanks RWJR for your hotel recommendations, appreciate it. If you make it to London it's a very historic city you'll see it, feel it and smell it right away Here's a very good hotel centrally located https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_R...Westminster_Bridge_London-London_England.html

It is within walking distance of many of the tourist spots, close to the tube (subway),Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Goldeneye, Buckingham Palace, Churchill's war room museum. As a history freak you'll love it. Naturally many great pubs and the food was pretty good. Trafalgar Square is a good spot to socialize and meet Brits who love Yanks.
