Is there a *SINGLE* trustworthy casino online?

I'm genuinely curious to know whether there are any real, monitored, observed, audited, fair and square casinos online, and who's verifying their fairness. If no one is, it boggles the mind that any one would play at an online casino where the operator can rig the software in any way he chooses.

I have played my share, and came away feeling something ain't right at virtually every casino I've played. BJ (the only game I play) is a game of streaks and seemingly "incredible" things happen all the time, but the experience I had at Sirbet was too awesome to be believed and other casino experiences have been even more disappointing. Are there ANY out there that are reliable?
