Is there a real "Handicapper`s" Hall of Fame in Vegas?

I have seen on occasion a handicapper mention he is in the Vegas Hall of Fame for sports handicapping....Does anyone know if there is such a thing?

The guy who claims this is J.R. Miller..

There is the Poker Hall of Fame and also the Gamblers Hall of Fame that I know of.

Almost all of these guys use made up names. I once got a call from a guy who claimed he was named handicapper of the decade. What a load of *rap! Tell the guy to fax over a copy of his driver's license and you will pay whatever he charges. then watch the excuses start. Let me know what transpires.

Miller also claims to have been a writer for the "Hee Haw" Show ? Its been a while since I have read his website...He never won when I use to follow him... Just curious if anyone ever heard of him being in this supposed HOF he claimed to be in,lol...

A buddy of mine bought J.R. Millers service a couple of years back, during football season. Betting 1-2% per play, he lost something like 40% of his roll.

Who shot J.R. ?
