Is there a comprehensive list of all MAJOR offshore sports books that went bankrupt without settling player balances?

I was arguing last night with a good friend of mine about the pros and cons of offshore vs a local book. He wonders why I use locals and felt one of his pros was off shore legitimacy and I did not agree. Is there a list, and ideally a back story of the MAJOR books that went under over the years? I have heard of a few on this site over the past 2 years but never paid too much attention. I posted this question elsewhere as well as I am really curious how many big offices have folded over the years. Any info would be appreciated .

Aces Gold still owes me $1000 that I will never see.

Then I was a pretty happy camper with Pinny until most of us got the boot. Still miss Pinny.

others not listed that have robbed me are

betonsports
pyramid group
betroyal

the list of books that survived more than 5 years or so would be shorter than the list of books that didn't

Did Dalton stiff when MVP, VWager etc shut down in 2006? Or had they fully integrated with BoS at that point?

They were fully under BOS at that point, but as far as I remember, Dalton was still the face of those Entities. It really sucked because I avoided BetOnSports itself, but got caught because of Books I was in and happy with, that got acquired by BOS.
