I can get phone calls and texts in my truck.
No Emails,I don't think.
No videos for sure.

Pioneer App Radio. It will do the majority of this with right add-ons. I don't know the fine details of it though.

We've all seen bluetooth for phone calls, music streaming, contacts, even text messages.

but to essentially swap interface between phone and in-dash display would be awesome...your car turns into your phone

surf the rx, put in some plays, play some angry birds, listen to google music, etc....all from my dash....obv navigation via phone gps
