Wil- Shamefully, yes I do........

I would guess that you must have some idea of what stance the RX would take if they do indeed close up, would you mind sharing or have you been told not to make a statement until that time comes (hopefully never comes)

Wil, for those with money at BOS (Not me) at what point would therx consider the situation a no pay? Is there a time frame? 6 months, a year, 2 years? If nothing changes and they simply do not do anything, at what point will your insurance kick in?

Regarding any Rx. insurance for BOS Players.

The stance of The Rx. has always been that BETonSports will not willfully stiff any of it's clients. I am not talking about the few bonus type situations that were publicised on these forums lately, those cases were about alleged bonus rule abuse. I mean a deliberate no pay - one were BETonSports just refused to pay a client for no good reason. Should a case (or cases) like that arise then I have to assume that player (or players) can appeal to The Rx. for it's guarantee.

So what you are nefariously saying is that if BOS defaults on all players balances because of the DOJ - this is not "willfully stiffing its clients" and that BOS is just a victim of the evildoing DOJ. Therefore, the RX guarantee is not valid.

Correct?

Avoiding the direct question when peoples collective money is at stake? Id say that fits every synonym listed above.

Why not answer my direct question?

vanzack that cannot be true

bos claims to have the funds so if they dont pay its a stiff flat out
doj besides

as the doj has actually told them to return funds - they could do it today if they wanted too

so there really is no backing out of it guarantee wise

(my personal view still remains bos will fork over the funds eventually-subject to stipulations)

Wil- I think the question at hand would be, would the RX guarantee fall into place with the current situation at BOS if it were to become perminent and players were not paid?

So when the RX tells you - as Wil did in that post - that they will not offer the guarantee because it was not a stiff - but an action outside of their control - you will come at him with this argument?

That you beleive "that there is no backing out of it guarantee wise?"

What planet do you live on?

If any of you can read this - in the context of this thread - and not see that Wil is clearly stating that the RX will not offer anything if the current situation continues - then I think you need your head examined. This - without a retraction - is clearly paving the way:

planet reality

the facts are clear

bos says they have the money

doj says pay the players

if bos does not return the funds its a stiff - absolutely no debate and no way for the rx to back out of their guarantee

theres no bigger fraud than this --- these are same people that the rx said had turned the corner and the new managment were above reproach

its written in the archives if you wish to check

(like i said i dont think the rx will get called out on this cause bos will have to repay - but assume they dont where or how would the rx claim an escape clause-- there is none)

using wils own post they are in violation now

repaying for no good reason

doj has mandated them to repay - case closed

stiff until proven otherwise

Ace, like I said before until the situation becomes completely clear where it is going to end up I cannot make any kind of statement about what guarantees will fall into place one way or another.

no-one has confiscated the money no one is stopping them from returning funds - whether by check drawn on an account in the uk

they simply refuse to repay because its the only leverage they have with the doj to hold them at bay for now

You are misunderstanding.

The debate is not about the definition of the word "stiff" between me and you. It is the enforceability of a tenuous agreement between the RX and its posters. The RX has no intentions of honoring their agreement because in their eyes this is not a "purposeful stiff".

Get used to it. You have no recourse. And Wil knows it and is just holding his party line by putting another brick in the wall with his statement in this thread.

vanzack your right its not between me and you at all

ive stated my opinion given what is available to me

ive seen every word written by rx backing this book from day one

but again if they have the money in the account they are told to repay and dont whether its one poster or 10,000 claiming each person has a right to do so against this guarantee given

the fact they havent repaid up to now is not really a bad sign as everyone knows why they dont - but should the worse happen then lets call it what it is.

its then up to the rx to do the right thing.

I agree with your opinion.

Unfortunately, it is just an opinion. In reality, the RX doesnt even have the means to repay such a ludicrous guarantee. It could be in the millions. Forget about it.

BTW - are you in Edgewater FL? Lake Mary here.

vanzack no im in new jersey

whale - yes thats the opinion that im sure most people are facing.

however when you re-read what was said to keep people with this company and how strong the management team was ...........

id have to infer that technically pushed to it - the rx has little defence
