Is the over the best play tonite?

Been shaky past couple days so am a bit gun shy on all my picks now. Liked the Ravens last night, but didn't pull the trigger. Like the over tonite ... but am again gun shy. Think TB gives up 21 on the road on avg. I would think Smith and crew can get atleast 24, and I expect Garcia to work 3 drives for td's. 38.5 just seems too low to me. Any thoughts/feedback would be appreciated.
