Seeing as this is one of the slower days (gambling) of the year, and the cbb is at a minimum tonight, are people looking forward to this game...
Actually I am......
There's ALOT of talent in this game tonight, and it could be fun to watch..
Jman and I were discussing it earlier, and the sophmore class in this game is LOADED....
There was an article on CBSSportsline about Dwayne Wade saying that they want revenge for getting hammered as the "freshmen" last year, and they are looking for some revenge (although its a different team they are facing, its the same game, the last time they can play in it)...So when u add the "want to win" factor, that sometimes isnt there in a 'showcase' game, and the talent differential in the 2 squads, we were thinking the soph's look pretty tough in this spot, even laying 12........
Okafur wont be playing, and would probably have been the most talented palyer on the freshmen, they still have a few solid players, but when u stack them up against
James, Anthony (at his home court), Wade, Haslem, Heinrich , Korver, Bosh, Howard, and others, thats a pretty strong lineup...
think this game may be more fun than most expect.....
Just curious if others are playing it, since its the only game in town tonight, or if just taking a night off, and passing due to it being an 'all star' game.?
