I joined this site last year and have deposited 5 to 6 times thru Neteller. This is the first time that I have asked for a Withdrawl and all I get are excuses and its on its way, etc. All I'm asking for is a louzy $800 neteller withdraw, about a 1/3 of what I have there and I can't get it. This has been going on since Mon AM. Has Anybody else out there dealt with these people ?

Red Eye send an EM to General, and explain the situation, he will need your account number, and details of the withdrawal.

Good luck, wil.

Red Eye, Pardon the Interruption. But if memory sevves me correctly. The first step to get paid from them is to find the other password for converting the "V-Chips" back to dollars. (There was some type of secret password if I remember correctly to get the v-chips converted.) Then you must be sure to search the correct screen for this procedure. (I think it has to with the Patriot Act---they had in effect WAY BEFORE 911 as it seems like a secret screen.) Then once this is all done--you have to confirm something on another screen. Then you have to call them anyway.) My memory may be off--but--Back in the old days of PayPal; I was able to deposit instantly. However, getting the money back to PayPal took about a week.

I'm well aware of the v-chips thing and the pin #. We are way past those obstacles. I have a buddy thats in the same boat with his first payout.

Red Eye...Please post how this went, because I have an account there, but haven't asked for a payout yet.

Thanks & Best Wishes

I equate V-chips on the internet with "fuzzy math". Or a slow down process--but maybe I am wrong and they just don't have enough dollars.

Maybe they will offer you double V-Chips.

Only kidding. Good Luck

Like I said I deposited maybe 5 to 6 times since I opened an account there sometime during football season. All of the transactions were by Neteller. Well I finally made some money there on Uconn winning the championship so since I had some cash there i decided to make a withdrawl.First off you can't get the money out of Neteller the same way you Deposited it like Instantly. You have to fill out this form and in the special instructions you have to state in the comments section thatyou want your withdrawl done by neteller. You also have to give them a pin # that they supposedly sent you after your initial deposit by credit card. Well I didn't deposit by credit card so there wasn't any Pin #. Once I got that straightened out and finally had the pin # sent to me I filled out the form and they sent me a Acknowledgement notice receipt of my withdrawl request. Then they will send me a e-mail within 24-48 hours when the funds will be sent. They haven't sent me that second notice and when I call all I get are excuses and the funds will be sent or some nonsense that the funds have been sent but Neteller hasn't posted them yet. Its a slow pay as far as I'm concerned. This is my first withdrawl too

It appears your withdrawal in the amount of $575 was sent to your NETeller account on Wednesday, April 14 (one business day after your request since Monday was a banking holiday).

$225 of your request was deducted for not meeting the 3x bonus rollover requirement. This was a mistake on our part. Only $75 should have been deducted since our free contest prizes (which you have been good at winning) do not have rollover requirements. The difference of $150 will be posted to your betting account on Saturday and at that point you can choose to initiate a withdrawal if you'd like.

In regards to your PIN, it was sent in the welcome email as soon as you created your account. If you did not receive it, it probably ended up in your hotmail junk mail folder.

Anyways, we hope this resolves this issue and we apologize for any confusion.

I have also requested a payoff last Monday and I haven't seen any $$ in my Neteller account. I have jumped thru all their ridiculous hoops and listened to all their lame excuses also. Still no $$ in my neteller account. I would call this a slow pay book !

Kermit,

the funds were sent to your NETeller account on Wednesday, April 14. Why you don't see the money in your account I don't know, but we'll look into it from our side and see what we can find.

The matter isn't resolved because there is no money in my neteller account. I'm not sure what your trying to prove with this statement

If I had to guess, I would say that these are just your normal, run-of-the-mill slow payouts from E.F.S.

I have been waiting for a Neteller payout from one of the Sportingbet books for 7 days and counting (they also use E.F.S. for processing deposits/withdrawals). I enquired about this payout yesterday, and E.F.S. stated that it was sent to Neteller on the 13th.

I don't understand why the customer can't use the neteller withdrawl himself, like the refutable books out there. Lets just say this money shows up out of thin air soon, thats not what Neteller is designed to do is wait for your money for over a week. if I wanted the money that late I would ask for a check. No more deposits there for one simple reason. You can't get your money out in a reasonable amount of time
