Sorry that i talk in riddles, but its a smaller fight and I dont want the books to get hit to hard(because then there will be no more smaller fights), the line has moved anyway.

Furthermore all I have seen from him is his last fight, which he should have lost by a wide margin but won by UD. He was even knocked down.
I have not seen his opponent fight once, so maybe he is even worse. But i happily take that bet at even odds.

Kind of a stupid post, but is anybody else betting against this mexican superfighter ?

Is Larios a bum ?

I dont think though, but you are close.
Look at the undercard.
Then it should be clear who I am talking about.

i get it.....geez,you guys are harder to figure than the frickin` dead sea scrolls....all this cryptic stuff...lol

one thing....this "mexican`s" wife is one of the shrewdest match makers on the planet...protected him for over a decade...and imo,the guy he`s fighting has become an opponent...he`s slower than a wet turd falling from a tall cow`s as-...

even against this aging, always overrated ex champ, he`s got problems...imo....

that said, the odds are substantial...if you think he has a chance,i would never discourage taking a long shot....particularly if you think it has a shot...

btw....i don`t think it`s on the larios undercard...that`s in japan...

BTW, the ESPN headliner tonight should be very good. Garcia makes for action-packed fights. He is in against Verno Phillips who is supposed to be pretty good. I have never seen Phillips in action, so I don't know who will win this one. But based on Garcia's style and heart, I wouldn't count him out entirely. He should give Phillips a challenge. I think the Garcia-Candelo fight was such a mismatch because of the experience, height and reach differential. This one shouldn't be as one-sided.

Archuleta defeats an aging Tapia by split-decision. Tapia was somewhere around a -650 favorite.

looks like its curtains for "ma vida loca"....and that`s probably a good thing...he lost to a fairly pedestrian fighter tonight...

You guys are pretty funny.

@sphinter
You scared me when you were talking about the opponent being slow, until i realised you have the wrong fights.
I thought it was easy.
It is on the Larios undercard and its in Japan.
Sorry it is
Zarate vs Todaka.

@boxing freak
Yep we are talking about la sombra. He surely fights like one. But remember I just saw one fight of him against Andrade and that was a one of the worst decisions i have seen.
Andrade put him on his ass in the third and was clearly the better fighter.
His explanation for his bad performance was he was fighting the first time in the us and got nervous.
Hope he gets a heart attack in Japan.
He is tall and has the body of a fighter but if he wins he is one bad world champ.

Do you want a good laugh ?

I just checked my wagers and the stupid mf that i am i took zarate and not Tokada.
1053174822.gif

I played some parlays too there i got it right.
Thanks god 5dimes had a 250 limit on the fight.

I have shut 5dimes a email, but i dont think they can do someting for me.

Furthermore this can develop into a classic piece. First the fight is in japan and maybe is over by now. Makes me look very bad if Zarate has won and very stupid if Todaka has won.

First i am playing riddles and then i **** up like that. Anyway there goes 300 bucks and la vida loca was not good for me too (parlays)
No serious money involved but pretty stupid still.
So always check your wagers.
This one is on me.
Have a nice weekend.

5dimes said every wger over the internet is final and cant be void afterwards.
I cant blame them.
At least there is no fraud accusation.
So lets go La Sombra knock that little Jap out.

Man thats pathtic, that i have to root for that poser.
And to be honest I dont. Hope its a KO.
Anyway another story to tell.

I looked on boxrec and didn't see any results yet. I liked todaka in this fight but he is nothing special, pretrty ordinary all around IMO. You could still win.

glad it worked out for you(not so sure about val)....didn`t know this zarate was a "super fighter".......

you guys were so sure that you didn`t want to post THIS?????...

whatever....glad i`m thick....i might have followed for a few bucks...lol....

at first,as i stated in valdosta`s thread,i thought initially, when you were talking about an obscure bout,yo guys were thinking the sahaprom/nishioka over.....that WAS as close to a sure think as you can get....3 previous fights....2 draws....all distance fights....

and damned if it didn`t go to the cards again...if you didn`t mind laying a little over -300.....4th time fighting one another....pretty amazing...

Superfighter was a failed attempt at sarcasm.
Furthermore this whole thread was a pretty stupid idea, my apologies.
Pretty funny in the end,but also very dumb.
I dont know but when you are convinced that something is a sure thing than -300 should not be a obstacle.
I dont believe in the not laying over -300, and I believe there is something like a -500 steal.

Thats funny - I would leave that four leaf clover up my ass if I were you. Divine intervention.

I'm with ya on the -300 thing. I'll pound the hell out of a line like that.

Tapia was supposedly sick last night and he actually barfed at the post fight press conference.
