I was transferred to the marketing where I spent at least 20 minutes, maybe more, on the phone with a guy that did not choose to provide me with a short and simple answer. Instead, he managed to keep me on the phone for an extended period of time with some casual conversation. He bragged about the bailouts of BlueMarlin and GamblersAvenue. He also made an attempt to get me to establish an account.
