hard to say ---- some of the plays he makes, he won't make on the next level ---- but he sure as hell has a nice feel for the offense

Ben should be taken that high. Due to big game experience I would take Eli over Ben but knowing the Cardinals who probably will get #1 choice and the way they are cheap, they might take Ben #1 thinking they could save some money or trade down to get him.

let's see ... he loses 3 seniors off his starting OL and a senior at TE ..... hmmmm ...
he'd be an IDIOT to come back

no way in hell that team goes 13-1 or better next year and his numbers aint gonna get any better on this level .... he's ready to move on and won't be able to improve his draft status at Miami-O

he will be better than Marino or Elway ever was. I have been saying it for a while. Best QB in football right now.

anthony, sometimes you say some REALLY stupid things...no way in hell this guy is better than Elway or Marino. he looked a bit slow to me, the release also. I dont think he is anything special.

Eli is a hunk of garbage, not in the same area code as Rothberger.

Rothisberger will probably go #1 for QB and maybe overrall. His size and his strength , which he showed off tonight probably making all the scouts salivate. The only thing that they said was maybe a negative, was his release. They were saying that it was slow. Still, he got that play action down path, and that is something that alot say is hard to teach, cause you need patience and composure to pull it off, most young QB's lack this. His arm strength, I wasn't able to really conclude if it was strong as someone like Bledsoe, Farve, Vick, or McNair. But hes still young and can strengthen it I suppose.

He may be great but you have to sometimes laugh at what the guys in the booth say. He threw a slant pass for a TD and Davies was proclaiming that showed his arm strength. The slant is one ofthe easiest passes to throw with zip. The QB is stepping forward to throw it and it covers very little distance in the air. True test of a guys arm strength is throwing a 15 yard out from the far side.If he can do that on a line then he has an arm. I didn't see him throw any outs but I wasn't really watching the game.

I saw him on a thurs night espn game with 40mph winds. He was able to throw into the wind. He has the fastball you need for the nfl.

call me crazy, but does Ben not remind you of a young Brett Farve? the arm strength, the ability to break off tackles and elude the pass rush, and the ability to read the D better than anyone else im college football today. Eli Manning...hmmmm remember Danny Wuerffel?

One big thing in his favor is the play of Pennington and Leftwich - both fellow MACers. They have not been overmatched in the NFL.
