Is Peter Dinklage The Best Dwarf-Actor Ever?

I was aware Peter Dinklage plays on Games Of Thrones, but in all honesty, since I didn't watch it regularly, didn't even know his name until seeing him play a key role in X-Men: Days Of Future.

I really took a liking to his acting after that film.

Are there any other Dwarf actors that challenge him all-time talent-wise?
