No matter what time I go to sleep I am up by 6 am....If I go to bed at like 3-4 am, I may stretch it til 8 am...

Is anyone else like this ? I use to be able to sleep in til 9-10 am....

Maybe its my inner self realizing there's only so much time on earth and I don't wanna be snoozing missing the good stuff...

The avg person that lives to 90 years old, would sleep 30 years of his life :bed:

ABSOLUTELY true as your body loses its naural Melatonin over the years as it grows older.

Perhaps a few mg of melatonin will help you if you desire more sleep sir.

I don't want more sleep...I'm never tired, probably burn more calories than ever, and I never really feel tired.

I think Fish has said many times Jman he sleeps 2-3 hrs a night IF that

personally I find that quite alarming:smoker2: and it can not be healthy

I think it is a part of being a fulltime professional gambler such as he is though

Yes, you are 100% correct on all accounts........mainly the professional gambler and UNHEALTY aspects.

But then again, do not have to get up at any SPECIFIC timeframe, so that is at least less stressful.

I acutally have been getting around 5-6 hours of sleep a night lately........not to bad.

SLEEP is essential for good health.

No question, when i'm on a serious gambling run (which means I've been winning) I sleep 2 hours less a night... the adrenaline never completely leaves my system it seems...

I think gamblers and weightlifters are more likely to get depressed chasing that high feeling....when you feel that good, there is no where else to go but down...hard to maintain that kind of high.

I sleep 4 hours a night during the week, and 10 hours a night on the weekends. I'm sure I'll go to an early grave.

With your zest for life, your looking at 90 minimum before you croke!

Well, with my family history, you're probably right. But I have no desire to live that long.

I can't sleep past 8 am no matter how late I'm up. It drives me crazy.

Funny you brought this up, cause I've been on a 6-7 hour schedule ever since I hit 30.. I've even tried Ambein and get a little more sleep, but not like I use to. The only way I sleep for 8 hours or more is if I get smashed the night before.. :103631605

Cheater.....6 or 7 hours sleep is good. For the last 5 or 6 years....I get exactly 4 hours sleep....The only thing that affects it ( to get more is if I take an Ambien then it's 6 to 7.5....)

Now in my drinking days...........I don't know what it was.

I don't know, fellas. I don't sleep during the week much at all. My body just shuts down eventually, and I sleep like I'm in a coma. I don't see that changing to where I just pop out of bed at 6am on a Saturday. I'm only 29, but I think I'll always be able to sleep in.

What also causes this is to much CAFFEINE....I gave it totally up like 3 months ago...I sleep like a baby most nights and I really notice the difference if I happen to have a little caffeine before bed...

Give up the caffeine get it out of your system you will sleep better

I've never understood how anyone can wake up early all week then sleep til noon on the weekends, how do you get back in the groove...I prefer everyday to be the same.
