is it pointless to take 50 $ to a 3/6 limit holdem game at the casino

The players are so bad that as long as you play limit in a profitable manor and expect to occasionally get sucked out on your big hands you can do well. I just went and played 3/6 last night and took home 120 which wasn't a great score, but considering I was down to 50 bucks and left with 320 I was happy. I just couldn't hit any draw and my big hands were getting cracked but you just have to hope eventually the percents come in your favor and they finally did and I won some big pots with people who were more than happy to pay a capped street with middle pair

Exactly...Once you figure out that ur KK is no good on a 6 way flop that comes 379 dbl suited or that when the board pairs with 8 ppl in the hand your 2 pr is useless.
In our local game of 4/8 limit i see as many flops as anybody but probably see less turn cards than anybody.. i estimate that i leave ahead 8 out of 10 times and win between 3 and 900 every 8 hours played..and this is with 4 to 8 players seeing most flops. Not the easiest thing to do cold but once you know most of the regulars and how they play and forget all ur NL moves the game becomes very profitable..
