Can someone tell me if it's my TV or Fox. My TV has black borders around the small ass picture

You might switching between SD channel and HD channels. Wait a couple of seconds or change channels and your HD will be back to normal.

Not sure if this situation applies to you, but some High definition TVs do that when the picture is non high def. If so, could be a setting or you're actually tuned into the non high def channel

Must be my local Fox broadcast... all other channels are coming in full screen with HD but this one.

Mine isn't full screen either. The box shows 1080i is being broadcast, but the quality seems about half the norm also. But, Fox the past few months here has been really shitty and even cuts out a lot. Wish they could play weekend games on NFLNetwork. Between them and MLB network, it's the best quality HD around. The stations with the most money are the shittiest. Go figure.

Let's face it, Fox sucks.

You're right though. There is no way this is HD. Now the Ole lady got her panties in a wad bout the high ass cable bill. Lol

Fixed it!! LoLol apparently when the power flashed the box and my TV reset and was on reg coax instead of "HDMI". I was wondering why the would sucked so bad too when I woke up this morn. LoL

Side note: Fox still sucks.
