Depends on where you live actually, laws vary. Personally I really wouldn't mess with a 16 year old girl that is young enough to be my granddaughter, but 16 is legal in CT, realistically 30 something would be my minimum and ideally more like 45, just a bit younger than me (55), not into anything much older than that. Way young could only be a one nighter, I passed on an opportunity with a drop dead gorgeous 18 year old co-worker about a year ago, pretty confident I could have had her, it wouldn't have lasted very long and just seemed wrong. Girl was beautiful and about as dumb as a box of rocks . So innocent and naive that sex with her would make me feel like some sort of pedophile rapist , I just couldn't do it and I'm not a guy with impeccable moral standards, easy enough to find another one, no problem at all really to score a woman with just using the Danny Martinez method.

You got me curious so I looked and about half of countries are 14.

Some are 12.

No doubt the USA is much more strict on basically everything.

It gets very complicated,12 and 14 seem awfully low. It gets really be weird with a young girl or guy for that matter and a somewhat older person, like for example a 17 year old guy banging a 15 year old girl, probably not statutory rape in most places in this country but if the guy was 18 could be prison time. A 14 year old guy lwith a girl of similar age is no crime, if the girl was 19, then she's the rapist. I'll never have to worry about this stuff ever again, I throw them back well beyond age 18, but could be a huge problem if you're younger and cutting g the fine line between legal or iffy, especially since it is variable, 18 is always legal

In about half of the USA, yes.....provided you are within two to three years of her current age....OR married to her as is legal in about a third of the USA
