I do know this much you have to be in excellent shape to drive around Daytona for 200 laps.

gambler consensus is-

Nascar - not a sport, and its drivers are not athletes
Golf , hell yes and all the old fat golfers were once great at others sports
Cycling, Lance Armstrong cannot possibly be considered greatest athlete
Soccer , some will even contest soccer and say the players are fags

Some may argue the elements, terrain and crowd are the opponents....birds chirpin, sunshine, the best landscape in the world and of course everyone must be quiet when the golfer is playing....

Wouldn't it be great if the crowd was allowed to razz the players like a free throw shooter ?

Not basing it on anything just found the photo to be interesting....I think most of the gambling posting body would side with golfers being athletes and golf being a real sport....same with darts ,bowling and chess.
