is Federer -350 a trap in the semis?

Line seems awfully low for a champ facing a 20 year old rook in his first major semi. I would think the line would be more like -600.

Does this kid have a chance?

Nah ...
Del Potro is as good as Federer on clay , if it was on other surface maybe the line would be different from what it is here . This rookie is ranked 5th in the world , - 600 against him would be laughable in Grand Slam semis especially after Federer being out with one leg against Haas on 2 sets down and 3-4 30-40 .

Odds are spot on , I am going heavy on Federer tho . He dominated Del Potro in all of 5 matches and just one month ago on clay in Madrid 6-3 6-4 . This is Federer's last chance he has been waiting for to win every of 4 Grand Slams .

Here is a good thread and I agree with most people , Federer is a bad matchup for Del Potro . JMDP might steal a tiebreak set but I can't see him winning a match against Roger where he has got so close to winning Rolland Garros , the only Grand Slam he will never win if he doesn't do it this week .
