the best way is through prepaid gift cards - many stores sell them its cheap easy and it doesnt required IDs etc.

If the book takes Money Gram I am pretty sure that is cheaper then Western Union.

You may be able to get the money into some books without proof of ID, but getting it out will often require you to scan a picture of ID and possibly a utility bill to make a withdrawal.

You need to have the payee 's full name, and location
zipcode, city, state, country.

After payment, you will get a MTCN number is moneycontrol number

I use Money Gram and have had no problems.
It costs less and I just go to the nearest grocery store where they have the moneygram centers and it take 10 minutes I call it in and the funds are in my account within the hour.
