Back in 1999, they replayed the 30th anniversary of the broadcast from the moon landing. One thing I found interesting was when the camera would show the reactions of the guys in mission control. It looked like stock footage when it was first broadcast and after watching it, I saw several clips that were replayed during the broadcast. In other words, they had video pre-recorded of the guys in mission control reacting to the guys landing on the moon.

i have a take on that also. the actual number is probably closer to 6,000 than 6,000,000. do you realize how much time it would take to gas 6,000,000 people. if they gassed 1,000 a day that would only be 365,000 a year. those camps were only open 3 or 4 years, putting the actual number gassed around 1.2 million if they did it around the clock 7 days a week. they didn't though thus a much lower number. probably gassed 100 a week at the few camps. numbers don't lie.
