They're losing customers by the boat load due to competition, they were one of the only games in town a few years ago and I think they got complacent - now there are several quality choices out there for books to choose from and with this comes more demanding customer service and higher customer expectations and they've not been able to keep up. There is now ASI, INET, Mercedes, DGS and a few other small shops to choose for software needs. Prices are lower functionality is better...... tough game this sports book software stuff.

I just tested out a new version of IQL. The clerk screen is a little better laid out (you can see more games).

The manager has some nice improvements in terms of being able to dish out different options.

Agents should like it too.

If the Software it's so good. why do they keep losing customers. It's not the software , it's the lack of support.
I think they are out of the game. Sooner than later.

Cheers.

Screw IQ. First rep I contacted told me $7500 start up and $500 per TW terminal. Two weeks later I sent an e-mail under an alias and asked for pricing. Different guy tells me $52,000 start up and $2500 per month for 3 TW terminals. With that kind of shady stuff going on we went with ASI. Hope IQ folds!!!
